Hello Youmzain is one to keep in mind for all QIPCO British Champions sprint races this year and beyond.

As a two-year-old he won on his debut at Carlisle plus landed a Group 2 contest in France.

And in between he was touched off by San Donato, who would go to finish a fine third in the French 2000 Guineas.

This year, Hello Youmzain has continued to thrive despite at time still looking a work in progress.

He beat Calyx in convincing style in the Group 2 Sandy lane Stakes at Haydock, albeit the runner-up was subsequently found to have suffered an injury, and was then a keeping-on third in the Commonwealth Cup at Royal Ascot.

Bruce Raymond, representing Jaber Abdullah, the owner, said: “He’s still maturing and there is a lot more to come, including races like the Haydock Sprint Cup.

β€œHe’s better on soft ground and he wants taking care of, because I think he’s going to be an even better four-year-old, when he will be fully mature.”
